Event will feature drink specials, music and unique merchandise
PAPILLION, Neb. (September 5, 2023) – Union Omaha announced today its annual Oktoberfest celebration for 2023. The event will be held at 3 p.m. at Werner Park on Saturday, September 23 ahead of Union Omaha’s 7 p.m. match against Central Valley Fuego FC. Admission is free, and the event will feature attractions and activities for all ages.
The pre-match tailgate will have music, games and activities, as well as beer vendors and food trucks from the Dire Lion, Wilby’s Comfort Foods 2.0, Muchachos and Willy Dogs. Attendees can purchase a stein presented by Wall to Wall Wine and Spirits, their first pour and a ticket to the match for $35 or a stein and their first pour without a match ticket for $25. Those that purchase steins will receive beer discounts all night inside and outside of the stadium. Specialty T-shirts and scarves will also be available for purchase. A ticket to the match is required to receive beverage discounts inside the stadium.

Anyone attending only the Oktoberfest activities and not wishing to purchase a stein can attend the pre-match tailgate free of charge.
The 2023 League One campaign will continue at Werner Park on September 6 vs. North Carolina FC for $2 Night and Cancer Awareness Night presented by XCancer.
