Experienced scorer has national and international success
PAPILLION, Neb. (April 12, 2022) – Union Omaha announced today the signing of midfielder Kemal Malcom for the 2022 season, pending league and federation approval. Malcolm joins Chavany Willis as the second member on the squad with Jamaican national team experience.
Malcolm comes to Union Omaha with 11 years of professional experience, including 8 seasons with Jamaican National Premier League member Arnett Gardens F.C. There he helped the team win two league titles in 2015 and 2017. In 2021, he scored 21 goals in 48 appearances for A.D. Chalatenango in El Salvador. He’s also clocked 2 goals in his 8 caps for the Jamaican national team.
“Kemal is a quick, talented striker that is excited to join our club,” Union Omaha head coach Jay Mims said. “He will add immediate quality and experience to our attacking group of players, and I’m excited to work with him soon.”
